CrossFit 3D Kids

The main CrossFit 3D Kids class is aimed at 6-12 year olds and again is heavily biased towards making working out fun.

Classes centre around the 10 fundamentals of CrossFit (accuracy, power, stamina, balance, co-ordination, cardio-respiratory endurance, strength, agility and speed) whilst also introducing a number of key movements (air squat, press, front squat, thruster, deadlift, sumo-deadlift high pull, pull ups). These movements are used as workout ‘themes’ and feature heavily through the sessions and on a rotational basis to ensure they become familiar and memorable.

Team games, obstacle courses, and fun workouts help to teach children the benefits of exercise and also helps to develop &  hone other essential life skills and improve self-perception.
