CrossFit 3D Kids Pre-school class

This class is aimed at 3-5 year-olds.
In order to do this class, children need to be able to understand and follow directions.
The aim of the classes is to introduce children to functional training and teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit whilst wrapping up this learning in a fun environment. Lots of games, short workouts and fun initiatives help to develop movement, proprioception and co-ordination as well as cognitive function, a key factor for learning both physically and mentally.
The sessions last 20 minutes, short enough for any small child to stay engaged & interested, but long enough for them to learn essential skills and embed the lifelong definitions of health & fitness. Each session focuses on a particular element of a CrossFit movement.
