The Reebok CrossFit Games 2014 is upon us. The first step off of this competition is the Open. This is a worldwide, open invite, competition. It does not matter if you are new to CrossFit or a salty veteran. The Open is an excellent opportunity to get involved in what is always a superb atmosphere in our home as well as compete with thousands of other people around the world. If nothing else, the Open will challenge you to try and achieve things that you might not have been able to previously. That could be anything from your first push up to your 100kg snatch.
