A - 20 mins to Establish a 15Rm GTOH


There is no time limit on an attempt but the weight cannot be rested on the ground, resting in the rack or at the hang is ok all reps must be touch and go

Scale option:

The Same workout is performed as above however the range is from the hang using Dumbells or lighter BB depending on the athlete

 B - For Time:

Complete 12 GTOH @ 100% of above 15Rm

For Time

Complete 9 GTOH at 100% of above 15Rm
