Eamon Quinn

“I joined 3D in November after running and cycling had led to several injuries over the years. I liked the idea of high intensity cardio mixed with serious strength work. I signed up for a 30 day trial initially but then loved the variety of each workout and no two workouts being the same".”

Five months after his initial trial, Eamon is still giving his all to every WOD and smiles through the pain! He’s willing to learn every move that CrossFit chucks at him and is just a pleasure to have around the gym.

Emma has been a long standing member of 3D for many years now and has come on in so many ways due to her hard work and commitment.

After injuries and setbacks she has worked diligently in and outside of classes to work on her weaknesses and fix her injuries, and has been reaping the rewards in all aspects of her fitness.

Outside of this she always has a smile on her face, brings great energy to the classes and always has time for fellow members.

“I joined 3D back in 2017 after watching the games documentaries on Netflix. Before 3D I went to a typical gym doing classes like Insanity and Body Pump; I couldn’t do a pull up and struggled to push press a 25kg bar. It wasn’t until joining the 6am class (with all the other weirdos) that I really started being consistent with training and saw all the gains that come with it.”
