Your introduction to CrossFit is your first experience with 3D and we want it to be friendly, insightful and above all....fun!

We have designed a free, one hour personal session with one of our amazing coaches. During this hour you will learn about “What CrossFit Is” and some of the fundamental body weight movements (Squats, Push Ups, Sit Ups and Pull Ups) we use in our group classes to help get you warmed up for your very first work out with CF3D in your introduction to CrossFit.

Upon completion of your introduction we will have formulated a fitness regimen according to your personal goals and needs.

Likewise you will now be ready and set up to start the Kickstart Program along with an in-house nutrition consulting session set up for you too!
