CROSSFIT

Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD) as posted on our daily blog. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

WEIGHTLIFTING

The Olympic lifting class will provide athletes with work on their technique in the Olympic lifts. Classes will include drills to improve the lifts and work on increasing strength and power as well as performing the lifts themselves. Plus… its fun to throw around heavy weight!


OPEN GYM

Open gym session – a more relaxed environment where members can be responsible for their own training and what they do. These sessions are not coached, although there is always a trainer on hand to offer advice and keep an eye on safety!

THERAPY

3D Therapy is run by James Jowsey. His studies into biomechanics have led him to specialise in helping CrossFit athletes achieve greater success in the fundamental movements of CrossFit.


CROSSFIT 3D KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.

METCON

Open to all abilities and non members. This class is about getting out of breath and getting a sweat on!
