Complete as many reps as possible in 7mins of:

3 GTOH 60/40 KG 3 Toes to Bar 6 GTOH 60/40 KG 6Toes to Bar 9 GTOH 60/40 KG 9 Toes to Bar

If you complete the 9’s, go on to 12’s, if you complete the 12’s, go on to 15’s, until 7 minutes is up.
