CrossFit Wednesday 5th February

This is a cool achievement BUT pay particular attention to the degradation of form throughout the workout...if there is any. Rich Froning is the three times CrossFit Games champion, not only because he works incredibly hard, has a huge engine and can shift a lot of weight but his movement is super consistent. Mastering the basic movements and being able to maintain form throughout a workout will be a HUGE step in moving your CrossFit game forwards.
