Please remember that the gym is shut today as we are fortunate enough to be hosting the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff to deliver a Level 1 Trainer Course at our facility.
Our friends at Reebok CrossFit Stockport have opened up their doors to us this Saturday and we will be hosting the the innaugural Reebok CrossFit 3D Gauntlet. The gauntlet will be a same sex pairs event, pairs will be selected by 3D Training Team from all those who wish to compete. Prizes will be available for the best male and best female pair. Workouts will be announced on the day and will feature accesible movements to allow all members to join in.
